The Research Report About Grassroot Cadres’ Educational Training Of J Street Office

Subdistrict office grassroot cadres, are the party and the national policyimplementation and execution,whose quality, ability is directly related to the overallimage of the entire government cadres.In order to better understand the overallquality and professional level of subdistrict office grassroot cadres,simultaneouslyimprove the effect of subdistrict office grassroot cadres’ educational training,wecarried out a survey on the educational training of grassroot cadres in the subdistrictoffice of J.This paper mainly investigated the educational training of grassroot cadres in thesubdistrict office of J with methods such as questionnaire, literature method,interview method.Through the analysis of survey data, the author found someproblems existing in the grassroots cadre education and training of J,such as theparticipation cadres to cope with the psychological, staff training needs being notpaied enough attention, training content being set unreasonable, training form beingmore traditional monotonous, training effect evaluation method curing, etc..Thereasons of the problemes included:the participation cadre’s idea to be correct, theparticipation cadres training needs being neglected, the training content being not full,training form being lack of diversity and flexibility, training effect evaluation beinglack of standardization.Under the guidance of theory of human capital andMaslow’s hierarchy of needs,the author put forward some suggestions forimprovement, including the clear leadership’s responsibility, incentive and restraint oftraining cadres, strengthening the cadres’s needs analysis,refreshing training content,innovating training form and establishing perfect training evaluation.
