On The Incorruptible Legal System Of Min Dynasty

The very nature of ancient Chinese state is a tool of maintaining despotic centralization ruling.Every ruler improves efficient of ruling and maintains political power by means of making laws.History of Chinese clean governance is in fact a history of ruling government officer.It included controlling officers' behavior,keeping officers' political clean,adjustment of ruling policies and alleviation of class conflict.Ruler of Min Dynasty centralized Imperial power,made lots of measures to make government officers clean.It is unique in Chinese history.Systems and measures of clean governance of Min Dynasty is to make ruling of feudal dynasty stable,they are very different from incorrupt government of modern state.Meanwhile,these measures and systems are problematic in historical context.However,some of the measures and systems e.g.empanelment system of government officers,system of recusation and system of supervisions,are significant for rebuilding culture of Chinese ‘rule of law' nowadays.
