Research On Anti-corruption And Building A Clean Government From The Perspective Of National Supervision System Reform

Anti-corruption is an eternal theme,and corruption is also the most hated issue of the party and the people.All countries in the world have established their own supervisory systems despite their different political systems and national conditions.Since the founding of the communist party of China,corruption has been born with it.In order to control corruption,the communist party of China is constantly exploring the most suitable anti-corruption system for our country.This paper takes the reform of national supervision system as the starting point,and deeply analyzes the impact of the reform of national supervision system on the construction of anti-corruption in China.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the writing significance of the paper,summarizes the theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars on anti-corruption issues,and points out the research methods and innovations of the paper.The second part is the definition of related concepts,introducing the concepts of corruption,anti-corruption,supervision and the relationship between supervision system and anti-corruption.The third part and respectively in this paper,the analysis of the supervision system reform to the country before the party,administrative and judicial anti-corruption agency up and running,as well as the problems existing in the reform before the anti-corruption system,namely the anti-corruption agency lack independence,supervision,organization scattered narrow object,anti-corruption legal system is not sound,insufficient anti-corruption execution as well as anti-corruption program under the rule of law.The fourth part is the internal connection between the construction of anti-corruption and the reform of the national supervision system,that is,the root of corruption is the alienation of power,and the focus of eliminating corruption is to strengthen the supervision of public power,so the reform of the national supervision system is the guarantee of the construction of anti-corruption.The fifth part is the elaboration of the process of the reform of the national supervision system and the achievements of the reform,that is,the anti-corruption work mode of the joint office of the national supervision commission and the commission for discipline inspection was formed,and the state supervision law was revised.It also introduces the nature andfunctions of the supervisory commission,as well as how the commission works with the disciplinary commission office and with the judicial department.The sixth part of the integrated use of marxist ideas of inner-party supervision,xi jinping anti-corruption strategic thought,law and other relevant theories and principles,analysis and supervision system reform to promote the rule of law in an all-round way and strictly party,strengthen the party's leadership and the anti-corruption work in China on the supervisory road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
