Research On The Reward System Of Service-invention

The rationality of the rule set of the reward system of service-invention directly influence the realizing effect of the rights of reward payment of the employee-inventors,and then affects innovation effect of the system.However,the typical case reflects that there still exist some disadvantages in our country's reward system of service-invention,such as the initial ownership is not conducive to the smooth implement reward,The reward standard and scope of application exists flaw,the reward conduct lacks regulatory rules,and the reward lacks remedy approach.In this paper,through investigation and analysis of the foreign related legislation,found that we can bring an in-depth theoretical exploration through the aspect of the connotation and the ownership of the service-invention,the aspect of reward standard and scope of application,and the aspect of the guarantee of the reward of service-invention,and to seek a scientific and reasonable way to improve the system.And then,put forward the suggestions of perfecting our country's reward system of service-invention,to be specific,it is that to urge both sides of the reward to make reasonable reward behavior by reforming the initial ownership set of the service-invention,To balance the interest of both sides of reward by perfecting the standards and the applicable scope of the reward of service-invention,and to achieve the comprehensive protection of rights of reward payment of the employee-inventors by enriching the guarantee measures of the reward of service-invention.
