Research On Optimization Of Countermeasures For Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud In Guangdong Province

With the rapid development of market economy and the improvement of people's living standards,motor vehicle industry had gained rapid expansion.The number of civilian motor vehicle increased quickly.The rapid growth of motor vehicle led to the simultaneous growth of Guangdong Province motor vehicle insurance business.It had accounted for more than 70% and became the largest business in property insurance company in Guangdong Province at present.Due to information asymmetric and moral hazard,the insurance fraud of motor vehicle insurance had become a frequent phenomenon gradually and damaged the interests of property insurance company.Based on the research to some property insurance companies in Guangdong Province,this paper classified the expressional form of motor vehicle insurance fraud into “unpremeditated” and “premeditated” by collecting and collating many motor vehicle insurance fraud cases.Then according to the current situation of the governance of motor vehicle insurance fraud in Guangdong Province,the legislation of insurance fraud was not comprehensive and the anti-insurance fraud organization system was not perfect.Finally,in the light of the advanced experience of foreign countries,the government,organization and insurance company should perfect the laws and regulations,establish the special investigation organization and optimize the claims process to optimize of countermeasures for motor vehicle insurance fraud in Guangdong Province.I hoped that this paper could provide a certain reference value for insurance regulatory agencies,insurance association(institute)and insurance companies to promote motor vehicle insurance anti-fraud work in Guangdong Province.
