| Traffic is a bottleneck factor of restricting urban development.Just like thecardiovascular system in body,urban traffic is a kink of public infrastructure,bearing some important tasks for urban society such as production,circulation,distribution and exchange.It contributes to urban development embodying a special role in urban economic and social life.By enhancing the efficiency of the government sector governance traffic congestion,this article aims to make recommendations to alleviate traffic congestion in Guangzhou.This text mainly studies on the Traffic congestion in Guangzhou and the problem of management.Secondly,the thesis on the basis of researching on related basic theory,summarizing many research achievements and the urban traffic congestion management evaluation,the thesis come up with an analysis framework of the urban traffic congestion management evaluation systematically.Then modify evaluation index system by using SPSS19.0 and Yaaph.Combination of AHP and fuzzy mathematics method,give the weight of each index.The evaluation system for the traffic congestion management.Finally using data to assess the performance of the traffic congestion management.Through the evaluation of the evaluation model,I find out the shortage of traffic congestion control measures in Guangzhou,and put forward countermeasures for it.Many advancedmethodsare used in the research such as document retrieval,hierarchy analysis,expert-assessment,fuzzy evaluation method,and so on.In the conclusion the integration planning of city,the urban roadways network have an important role in the traffic congestion management.The public traffic resources distributed in unbalance in Guangzhou.So governor should increase public transport interchange facilities,the Public Transport Integration is the way to make the best use of public transport resources.Provide personal intelligentize transportation services by using the enabling technologies and presents planning contents of carpool priority. |
