Study On Countermeasures Of Traffic Congestion In Shenyang

Urban traffic is the basis of urban operation.With the economic development,the increasing population and the number of motor vehicles,and the limited land resources,the traffic supply can not meet the increasing traffic demand.Traffic congestion has become more and more serious,which has become one of the difficulties hindering social development.If it can not be effectively solved,it will inevitably hinder or delay the rapid and healthy development of the city.Shenyang,the largest heavy industrial city in the Northeast and an important transportation hub in the three eastern provinces,is also the most severely affected area.In recent years,with the acceleration of social and economic construction,the population base of the city has increased sharply,which has led to a sharp increase in the number of private cars,which has brought congestion and inconvenience to road traffic.However,public transportation in Shenyang is lower than the level of social development,relatively slow,the service level of public transportation is also low,traffic congestion is increasingly prominent,and related problems are also revealed.This paper begins with the basic theoretical concepts of urban traffic and traffic congestion,and expounds the specific characteristics of traffic congestion and its harm to urban development.Then,with reference to relevant domestic and foreign literatures,with reference to urban planning theory and public govermance theory,the paper analyzes the traffic congestion problem,analyzes the current situation of traffic congestion in Shenyang and the measures taken,from the vehicle,road,driver,citizen quality and its governance methods.Other aspects of the problem are sorted out and analyzed.In addition,we have compared and referenced the advanced experience of the first-tier cities in China and abroad in managing congestion control.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the urban traffic congestion problem in Shenyang,including improving road construction,optimizing bus network,developing intelligent transportation,vigorously promoting public opinion,and improving public quality.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice,pays attention to comprehensive rectification and solutions,and proposes and measures that are innovative,reasonable and executable.I hope this paper can provide some theoretical references and literature support for solving this and similar problems.
