Community----it means a group of people who live together and share the same culture.It was origin from the Latin Language and means the close relationship.In the Chinese language there not any“community”concept,until 19CN 20s-30s,the Chinese translator who was translating the documents and make the community word become Chinese word“??”,only after that the word had been accepted and wildly used.In 21cn the concept“community”wildly used in all China and becoming the same as neighborhood committee.Community G----the subject of our research is a residence community,which is covers a big area and have a lot of population,according to this the local police department makes it a separately community.Community G located in the centre of Liwan district,and Liwan is the old town of Guangzhou,where gathered lots of market and interesting places.Foreign people prefer to choose Liwan as their place to stay in Guangzhou.In these days,the amount of foreigners who stay in Liwan climbs up,and they prefer to choose some well managed community to stay.Community G surrounded of a lot of shoe/clothes/electricitic market and enjoys a facility traffic,so there are many foreign business men choose to stay in it.In this 10 years,more and more foreigners choose to rent or buy houses in it,Community G becomes an excellent community and example of the community,where Chinese and foreigners share the same space together.The most important thing of the community management is to make sure revved up theactual population management.And the main part of such management is the public security department.The community management is fresh thing,there are not a dozen of examples which can investigate.As the amount of foreigners climbing every year,lots of foreigners choose to stay in communities,and there are a lot of problems to be solved.For example,the cases concerning foreign affairs become much more,during the differences between the different countries,it makes the management of community becoming more difficult.And according to the misunderstanding of the agents and company,it makes more and more difficulties when the police in charging of the community.Thus we need to find a new plan to managing our community,which is concerning the foreigners,and find out a more effective way to handle the problem of Community G and any other likeness communities.This is not only good for the management of foreigners who stay in China,nor and effective to the whole public security work.
