Regularization Of Public Security Forces In Border Areas

Border areas is the important field of national defense,it has important significance for the protection of national security and stability of territorial integrity.As an organ of the national law enforcement power,police play a key role in it.Therefore,construction of border police team is a very important topic of practical significance,not only for the development of China's politics,economy,national defense,but also for implementing the strategy target of "two one hundred".What are the border police team status,conditions,and difficulty? And how can we carry out an appropriate road to implement the border police system? Through the investigation of B city,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,I found that the border police organ lacks of theory,material condition,personnel quality,and police resources.Firstly,the ideological deficiency,the identity of border police regularized construction need to be improved.Secondly,material guarantee,investment mechanism need to be adjusted.Thirdly,human resources,it has insufficient educational training.Finally,institution,the institution of border police need to be implemented.More attention must be paid to renew the idea of the border police organ for police and the party committee in order to strengthen the construction of border police regularization.We need to strengthen ideological and political construction,intensify propaganda,develop related knowledge training;ensure the material optimization of border police,strive for the police equipment and financial support,advance infrastructure construction;strengthen the border police training,innovative training methods,enrich the content of police training;strengthen the constitutional construction,implement the internal management system.
