Study On The Application Of Big Data In The Frequent Property-related Crimes Investigation

The high crime rate of frequent property-related crimes and the low detection rate of that kind of crimes have always been the difficult problems faced by investigation organ.In recent years,the frequent property-related crimes have been endowed with some new features,we should pay more attention to its professionalism,regional,vagabond,intelligent characteristics,since traditional detection methods can't meet the needs of fighting against such kind of crime.Under the background of the era of big data,we should apply the big data to the frequent property-related crimes investigation.The integration,mining,and analysis of the relevant data will tap the full potential of the big data,building a new model of investigation which is dominated by the data.There are both theoretical and realistic significance in using the big data technology to fight against this kind of crime,it will also improve the initiative and the efficiency in fighting against such crimes.By considering the characteristics and difficulties of the frequent property-related crimes and combining the characteristics and advantages of the big data,this paper focuses on the application of the big data in fighting against such kind of crime,the paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter: summary of the frequent property-related crimes.In this chapter,the author combs the concept of the frequent property-related crimes,analyzes the characteristics of the frequent property-related crimes and the difficulties in investigation.The second chapter: The summary of the big data.In this chapter,the author expounds the concept and characteristics of big data,analyzes the state of application and the developing trend of big data,explains the application principle of big data in frequent property-related crimes investigation,discusses the feasibility and advantages of big data application in this kind of crime investigation.The third chapter: Data analysis of the frequent property-related crimes investigation.In this chapter,the author analyzes the basic process and working methods of the big data which is applied to the frequent property-related crimes investigation from the theoretical perspective,this paper expounds three types of analysis module of big data which is based on the function of monitoring,detection and prediction.The fourth chapter: The application of big data in the frequent property-related crimes investigation.In this chapter,the author combines the above theoretical analysis of the application of big data in early warning,troubleshooting,combining cases,criminal dig and capture,discussing how to use big data in the investigation practice.Chapter 5: the guarantee of the application of big data.In this chapter,in a view of the defects of the current application of big data,in hoping of the better use of big data in investigation in the future,the author makes some suggestions of improvement in the aspect of technical guarantee,system guarantee and the juristic guarantee.
