Studies On Theclean Government Education Of Grassroots Policeorgans

The integrity of the police organs directly affects their own law enforcement authority and function and the credibility of the party and the government,also the country's development and the status of the ruling party is closely related.The grassroots police organs are directly face the masses,serve the masses,and play the main responsibility of the police organs.As the basic link of the construction of clean government,clean and honest education not only affects the effect of the overall construction,but also determines the implementation of other aspects of the effect.From the practical point of view,the current anti-corruption education lacks systematic guidance and effective means.There are many problems in the process of education,resulting in unsatisfactory results.The author will start from the perspective of the grassroots police organs,according to the characteristics of the grassroots police organs and the actual problems,to propose specific measures to solve,and then form a set of theoretical system to guide practice.The research methods of this paper include literature study,case analysis and comparative study.Through a large number of data collection,processing,understanding of the status of the research,and then use scientific methods to analyze data.The focus of this paper is the current situation,experience and countermeasures of honest and clean government education.The basic framework of the article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status,the research methods,and the innovation of the paper.The second part briefly discusses the concept and significance of honest and clean government education.In the third part,the author analyzes the current situation of anti-corruption education in the basic level public security organs,including the achievements,problems and reasons.The fourth part summarizes the experience from the domestic and foreign aspects,through the use of good practices to improve the quality of education.The fifth part tries to set up an effective system of integrity education of the basic police organs from the following three aspects: content,method and mechanism.The conclusion points out that the innovation of this paper is to set up a set of detailed guidance system for the grassroots police organization's clean and honest education,and points out the imperfection of this article and the direction of future efforts.
