Research On Clean Government Education For Grassroots Civil Servants

At present,China's political,economic and social development and the reform and opening up are the key to tackle tough period,and the anticorruption work has achieved remarkable results,but the situation is still very serious.Because of the complexity and challenges of grass-roots work,so we need to firmly grasp the education of grassroots civil servants do not relax,and constantly create a new situation of clean government and anti-corruption work,enhance the party and the government at the grassroots level,the ruling ability construction,flesh close ties with the masses of the people.So strengthen anticorruption education in the grassroots civil groups,build a strong ideological line of defense is the honest government,reinforce the move,and it is also the fundamental work of the most basic.The right to recognize the importance of clean government in our country at present the grassroots civil servants face and anti-corruption struggle,recognize the reality of grass-roots anti-corruption,anti-corruption education for the majority of grassroots civil servants give advice and suggestions,is the starting point of this study and the end.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction in this paper the concept of the education,the education of the research background and significance,research status and research ideas,methods and framework of the thesis,this part is the basis of this article.The second part is the definition of the concept of grass-roots civil servants anti-corruption education carried out and theoretical basis,mainly expounds the basic viewpoints of the grass-roots civil servants basis and the education,and points out the important significance and theoretical basis of the education.The third part analyzes the current situation of the anti-corruption education of the grass-roots civil servants,summarizes the development and problems of the current anti-corruption education in China,and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part takes the basic civil servants in Juxian as an example,on the basis of the analysis of the data,the problems existing in the anti-corruption education of grass-roots civil servants are searched and analyzed,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.In the fifth part,according to the problems existing in the current anti-corruption education of grass-roots civil servants,this paper puts forward the targeted improvement program,and discusses the specific ways to comprehensively improve the grass-roots anti-corruption education.
