| Frequent occurrence of natural disasters in recent years.Due to the lack of basic information,rescue work has been affected to a certain extent.The effective rescue time has been forced to be postponed,causing personal injury and even loss of property.Government departments at all levels pay more attention to the prevention of various disasters.The development of Internet technology is becoming more and more mature,which has shortened the time for responding to emergency incidents and accelerated the construction of emergency data resource service system.The emergency data resource service system is to carry out a series of rescue and prevention activities after an emergency event occurs or after an emergency event warning is issued.It needs to be based on the economy,population,important target positioning,rescue team situation,rescue communication,and response.It is a comprehensive database of pre-set programs.Database construction is to integrate these scattered data,so that geospatial data can be more intuitively reflected,and provide a strong guarantee for the government and related departments to quickly command decision-making and scientific emergency management.Some provinces in my country have formulated relevant plans for the construction of emergency systems,clarified the guiding ideology for the construction of emergency systems at the provincial level,and the basic positioning of emergency platforms at all levels,so as to overall planning and unified deployment of the construction of a public emergency response system for various industries,regions and social levels in the province.Tian Di Tu website(referred to as Tian Di Tu)is a large-scale geographic information service website for government departments,professional institutions and the general public.It has a large amount of data,strong current situation,strong professionalism in data formats and service standards,and complex spatial data processing.Characteristic,the spatial data has increased substantially every year.This project is an important part of the construction of provincial and regional resource sharing nodes in the national emergency surveying and mapping guarantee capacity construction.The focus is on building an emergency data resource service system.The main idea is to meet the actual needs of the shared node emergency resource database construction work,make full use of the Tian Di Tu secret version of the database resources,and integrate geographic and national conditions(monitoring)data,image data and various emergency special data Establish an emergency database management system.This paper analyzes the existing database and the functions to be realized by the system,and obtains the main functional and non-main functional requirements of the system.Functional requirements mainly include the management,release and sharing of emergency resource data and services.Non-functional requirements mainly focus on safety and performance requirements.The function distribution and design of the entire system are described in detail in the system function design part,and the system implementation part is described in detail the realization of some core functions.The system mainly includes 8 modules: portal homepage,emergency map,emergency resources,emergency mapping,emergency information,personal center,development center,and application center.This article introduces three modules of emergency map,emergency resources,and emergency mapping in detail.The emergency data resource service system service and data release and storage rely on the IME vector engine and the library management system,and use the Tian Di Tu data resources,and multiple systems together form a complete set of emergency resource platform systems.In addition to locating the coordinates,routes,active people and economic development of the event location,maponline can also express the intensity of the event,the scope of the incident,the degree of impact,the spreading trend and the rescue development,etc.,which are the outstanding advantages of this module.Because understanding the map does not require a high learning threshold,it can be easily and quickly provided as a map to decision-makers,so that they can quickly grasp the situation and quickly carry out organization and rescue work.When various materials and action routes cover the entire map,when roaming or zooming the map,vector drawing symbols often delay or fail to load.These problems will be solved in future work. |
