Research On The Prevention And Control Of Food Safety In China

As an important subject of food production and processing,food workshops of food production and processing are responsible for food safety and are related to people’s livelihood.In recent years,food safety problems in food workshops exposed frequently,which give a wakeup call for preventing the crime.The research,on the preventing and controlling countermeasures against food safety crime in food workshops.On the one hand,it can guarantee the food safety;on the other hand,it can guarantee people’s livelihood and maintain social harmony and stability.Collect written judgments on China Judgments Online,for the period from January 1,2013 to December 31,2016,and using the crime of production and sale of poisonous and harmful food,the crime of production and sale of fake or substandard production,the crime of production and sale of food that is not up to safety standards as the key words.Then,based on these,focus on the list of evidence in the judgment,and select 316 judgments about the food workshop.On the basis of above,this paper uses Data analysis method to analyze the present situation of food safety crimes in food workshops.Through literature review method and research method,the paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of crime and puts forward the countermeasure of the crime prevention and control of multiple coordination.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four chapters,which are as follows:The first chapter is overview section.In this chapter,some concepts,included in crimes against food safety and small workshops of food production and processing,such as food safety and small workshops of food production and processing,have been defined respectively.At the same time,some confusing concepts are distinguished to clarify the subject object of the study.The second chapter is the present situation of food safety crime in food workshops.This part collects 316 cases from January 1,2013 to December 31,2016,and uses SPSS and EXCEL software,in order to analysis the current situation of food safety crimes in food workshops.Thus,understand the current situation,such as crime trend,geographical distribution and personnel structure,and so on.The third chapter is the cause of food safety crime in food workshops.Based on the theory of social control theory and social anomie theory in criminology,the reasons are analyzed in detail from the perspective of external causes and internal causes.Through analyzing reasons,this part makes the foreshadowing for proposing the multivariate and collaborative crime prevention countermeasure.The fourth chapter is the prevention and control countermeasures of food safety crime in food workshops.Based on the analysis of the causes and learning from the successful experience at home and abroad,put forward countermeasures from the operators,public security and society for constructing the system of pluralistic social work together.
