Reflections On “People Are The Subject Of Reform” And Its Realization Paths

The logic of “people are the subject of reform” is timely proposed by the Communist Party of China based on Marxist historical materialism perspective of “people create the history”,combining the basic national conditions of the people's masters with the historical experience of reform.This important conclusion embodies the Party's high degree of theoretical consciousness and rich current considerations.As the main body of reform,the people's content are rich,including both political classes,strata,and broad social strata of individual aggregation.The workers,peasants,intellectuals as the representative ordinary workers and the leading cadres of Party and government organs,social elites,managers,owners of capital constitute the scope of the people,they are the decision-making participants,direct promoters and achievement owners as the main body of reform.From the historical materialism perspective,Marxist classical writers laid the theoretical foundation of the people's subject,Mao Zedong opened up a new realm of the people's thought.Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has continued to deepen the theoretical understanding of the people as the main body of reform according to our national conditions.In the course of practice,the relationship between the people and the reform has undergone a series of development and changes,which manifested that the people's autonomy consciousness and ability has been continuously strengthened,the main force involved in reform has been expanding and the people have made great achievements in the implementation of innovation spirit.These three contents increasingly improved the realistic persuasion of the idea of “people are the subject of reform”.At present,China is in the crucial period of comprehensive deepening reform,people's realistic status as the reform subject facing the government's ultra vires,insufficient subjective initiative of the people,inflexible relevant system design of reform and other threats.Starting from the problem and practicing the concept of sharing spirit,we should transform the government's functions limits,cultivate people's sense of ownership and improve the system design of people's participation in the reform in order to protect their various democratic rights,which is the requirements of times to implement and correct people's subjective status in the reform.
