A Comparative Study Of Intellectual Property Transformation System In British And American Universities And Its Enlightenment To China

As a country that has passed the legislative measures to standardize the system of intellectual property transformation in colleges and universities,Britain and the United States provide a favorable policy environment for the country,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the transformation of intellectual property rights of university researchers,which greatly promoted the development of the economy.Britain and the United States in the process of establishing the transformation of intellectual property rights have experienced the plight of the national economic development recession,the two countries through the adoption of legislative measures to encourage the transformation and development of intellectual property in colleges and universities to serve the local social economy.Britain and the United States attach great importance to the cooperation between government,enterprises and universities,the intermediary as an important way to promote the transformation of intellectual property in colleges and universities.After the reform and opening up,China's transition from a planned economic system to a market economy system,the development of industrialization and market economy has built a good external environment for the work of intellectual property in colleges and universities.Universities have made great achievements in the transformation of knowledge rights.However,the conversion rate of intellectual property rights in our country is only about 10%,and there is a big gap with the developed countries.This paper analyzes the causes of the establishment of the transformation system of Anglo-American colleges and universities through the comparison of the transformation of organizational management system,the benefit distribution system and the financing system of the transformation of intellectual property rights in Anglo-American universities,and then analyzes the existence of intellectual property transformation in China's colleges and universities based on the experience of the transformation system of intellectual property rights in Anglo-American universities Problem,put forward in line with the status of China's university intellectual property transformation measures.The article mainly adopts the literature research method and the comparative analysis method to carry on the comparative analysis to the English and American university intellectual property right transformation system.Whether based on the current situation of low conversion rate of intellectual property rights in our country,or based on economic and political considerations,we should improve our ability of scientific research innovation and intellectual property transformation in colleges anduniversities as soon as possible,and establish and improve the system of intellectual property transformation in colleges and universities.
