An Analysis Of Problems And Countermeasures On Processing Mechanism For Collective Labour Disputes In Guangzhou Development District

In recent years,labor dispute events in our country increased greatly,especially since 2008,because of multiple factors,such as the implementation of "labor contract law",the international financial crisis,among them,the group labor dispute events are at higher risk.After the incident of group labor dispute,if it failed to get timely and properly handle,light influence will happen on the production and management order in a enterprise,but when it intensify into a violence event,it will affect the public property safety and social stability.Therefore,how to mediate the group labor dispute successfully and dissolve the contradiction between laborers and employers,is particularly important.Guangdong province is an area where labor disputes happened frequently,it locates in the east of guangzhou,it has 32 years of industrial economic development history,labor dispute event happened frequently too.Guangzhou Development District relevant departments attach great importance to the group labor dispute,but some problems still exist in the process,such as government law enforcement department linkage,lack of effective relief way too complex,difficult to implement effective legal documents.The processing mechanism problems are not conducive to resolve group of labor disputes,affecting social stability.The paper first describe the ststus oflabour dispute cases in Guangzhou Development District,then summarize a series of problems of collective labour disputes.With analytical method of comparative analysis,interview analysis and case analysis,the paper also analyze the questions and reasons in processing collective labour disputs from formal and informal institution viewpoints.Last,the paper puts forward some suggestions in imporvement of processing mechamism in collective labour disputes...
