Keeping the opening and reform pace, China’s economic construction has made great achievements, but at the same time, the labor relationship is undergoing profound changes, also produced some negative effects, especially the labor dispute intensified. In recent years, subject to the impact of macro-economic environment, some enterprises in China are facing lower profits, reduced orders, cash flow difficulties. In this context, the employing units and workers as independent stake holders, conflict of interest gradually, make the labour dispute in China were multiple trend, collective labor dispute occurs, the improper disposal will immediately trigger malignant events, affect social stability. All over the country, the group of labor dispute is difficult task.Shanghai Huangpu district is located in the central of Shanghai city, area of well-known brands, the tertiary industry developed, collective labor dispute is at a peak, frequent state perennially, analysis of Huangpu district in the labor dispute problem to the economical developed area has a certain significance processing. Huangpu district relevant departments attach great importance to the group labor dispute, but some problems still exist in the process, such as government law enforcement department linkage, lack of effective relief way too complex, difficult to implement effective legal documents. The processing mechanism problems are not conducive to resolve group of labor disputes, affecting social stability.In this study, a comprehensive introduction to the status of labor dispute cases in Shanghai Huangpu district, described a series of problems of mass labour dispute treatment in Shanghai Huangpu district, using analytical method of new institutional economics, starting from the angle of system theory, through the formal system, informal system and system implementation mechanism three categories constructing the analysis framework, to analyze the problems, and puts forward the improving Shanghai city Huangpu District collective labor dispute cases advice.Chapter one,"Introduction", make the information on the researching background, researching goal researching significances, researching measures, and the frame of the article, and combs out relative concepts and theoretical basis. It is the starting point of this research.Chapter Two,"Current situation of the group labour dispute processing mechanism in Shanghai Huangpu district", expound this basic situation and study of Huangpu district, status quo of Huangpu district group dispute and significant groups of cases introduces several representative. At the same time, the processing mechanism of the current Huangpu district group dispute cases.Chapter Three,"Analysis of problems and causes of the group labour dispute processing mechanism in Shanghai Huangpu district", from the system supply, procedures cumbersome, linkage etc. the lack of existing Shanghai Huangpu district collective labor dispute processing mechanism problems.
