The Trust Construction Of Entrepreneurial Team And Its Dynamic Evolution

More and more people join the entrepreneurial activities,team entrepreneurship becoming the main form of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship team requires good cooperation among members,and trust plays a vital role in cooperation.This article takes partner entrepreneurial team in Nanjing as research object,focusing on the issue of trust between members.This reaserch is under the dynamic perspective and the entrepreneurial process is divided into start-up period and development period.This study discuss the construction of trust in different periods of time and its trust model and analysis the continuous progress of the dynamic evolution.This paper chooses the interview method as the main research method,and makes an in-depth analysis of the trust by using the theoretical achievements of psychology,social psychology and sociology.This paper argues that the trust of the start-up team is established through cognitive mechanism and identity mechanism,and forming a cognitive trust and a identificaion-based trust.In the development period,the entrepreneurial team is established through rational choice mechanism and institutional mechanism,forming a calculated trust and a institutional trust.On the one hand,the dynamic evolution of trust is not only the development of trust model in the same period of,from cognitive trust to identificaion-based trust and from calculated trust to institutional trust.It is also involve the change of the whole period of the entrepreneurial team,that is the interpersonal trust bases on cognitive trust and identificaion-based trust,transform to the calculated trust,and ultimately to the institutional trust.On the other hand,the dynamic evolution of trust also includes the trust component transform sensibility to reason.
