Research On Occupational Crime In Medical And Health System

China’s aging society is speeding up,and people are paying more attention to their health.The increase in the number of patients brings social problems in many medical fields.The duty crime of medical and health system in our country is more and more,county hospitals appear a lot of duty crime cases,this kind of duty crime harm the interests of the people,disturb the order of medicine and health care management,seriously affected the people’s trust degree of the medical service institutions,social response is very strong.Nowadays,medical and health system duty crime has become a hot topic of social concern.This paper analyzes the contents related to the medical and health system post crime from three aspects.It is expounded the characteristics and the present situation of duty crime,analysis of the medical system three link in prone position crime,drugs and medical equipment purchasing,respectively link of hospital financial management and the new type of rural cooperative medical care;Summed up the medical and health system,the characteristics of the duty crime revealed the law of duty crime,make people for medical and health care systems have a clear understanding of duty crime,make people realize the importance and necessity of duty crime.The second is to study the causes of the multiple crimes of medical and health system,and some medical practitioners have low professional ethics,weak legal awareness,distorted values and fluke psychology.At the same time,the medical and health care in the field of "hidden rules",culture industry,medical and health care system is not sound,the relevant legal system is imperfect,and the law enforcement supervision strength is not enough,the medical personnel illegal crime phenomenon.The third is to put forward the countermeasure and the solution of the crime prevention.We should improve legislation,increase the cost of crime,and reduce the crime of medical and health systems.It is important to make legal publicity and strengthen education,so that medical staff can enhance their understanding of the crime of duty in the subjective aspect.We should improve the management system of medical and health systems and strengthen supervision.In order to find the deficiencies and defects of the medical system from the perspective of the system,establish the management system and supervision system of the medical and health system,and reduce the occurrence of such crimes.
