Research On Duti-related Crimes In Urbanization

With the development of rural urbanization,the development and transfer of land are becoming quick,the scale of remove and compensation for land acquisition is becoming larger,corruption of village heads is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,more corruption of village heads is showed to the public and the bribe is relatively large,so village heads have drawn more attention.As the leaders of autonomous organization at the basic level,their corruption influences the promotion of village and damage the authority of the party,so the problem is urgent to be solved.From the perspectives of phenomenon and characteristic,the thesis analyzes the phenomenon based on system,law,self and other perspectives with several related cases.Further,the author proposes strategies in system design,law making,anticrime to solve the problem of corruption of village heads.
