X Commercial Bank Security Management Process Optimization Research

The commercial bank is comprehensive bank to absorb public deposits(especially demand deposits),loans,settlement as the basic business.In the modern market economy,commercial bank is the main component of the banking industry,occupying the main position.With the rapid development of China market economy,The commercial bank becomes more prominent.The security of the bank directly relates to the national financial system and the people’s livelihood.While the security work mainly relies on its own strength,its security is not perfect.Therefore,the significance of the research on security of the major commercial banks is remarkable.Based on the document,seminars,on-site survey,interviews with process owners and stakeholders,investigating,tracking and investigation of existing solutions,carries on the investigation and analysis of typical cases,measurement methods of the commercial bank security management,processes carried out investigation and field certification,discovery,the paper analysis the existing security process problems and shortcomings of the commercial banks.The author uses the theoretical research and practical experience to divide the study on optimization of commercial bank safety guarantee process into the commercial banks’ security system analysis,process optimization theory analysis,process planning,descriptions of the security management process status quo in X commercial bank,analysis of security management problems in X commercial bank to improve X commercial bank’s insufficient original security management process and its weak environment.Finally,the paper improves the security process of X commercial bank by using the Stage-task framework.Meanwhile,the paper also uses intelligent means to complete the matching scheme design.
