With China's comprehensive deepening of reform into a critical period,frequent social and political conflicts,China's network of public opinion presents a complex and changing situation,rumors,false information,negative emotions filled with cyberspace.Network public opinion on our country's political,economic,cultural and civic life and other aspects should not be underestimated.At the same time,along with the development of computer technology,Internet technology,the popularity of mobile terminals and the public awareness of the participation of social hot events,the information explosion in the network society brought us to the era of big data.Big data for the government network public opinion management has brought new opportunities and new challenges,put forward new requirements.It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the characteristics of public opinion in the era of big data and to improve the management of public opinion management.On the basis of defining the concept of network public opinion management and combining with the connotation and characteristics of big data,this paper analyzes the new features of network public opinion in the era of big data,compared with the traditional data age.And analyzes the advantages of these evolution as the network public opinion management,so as to illustrate the necessity of perfecting the network public opinion management in the era of big data.Then,this paper analyzes the current situation of public opinion management in the era of big data.Summed up the current government network public opinion management of the initial practice,as well as the practice of the problems and causes of analysis.This paper argues that China does not grasp the new opportunities given by the times and does not really realize the landing of big data in the field of network public opinion management.There are many problems in the system of big data network public opinion management,multi-disciplinary governance,technology and guiding strategy.Finally,in view of these problems and their causes,this paper starts from the six levels of concept,system,management style,technology,talent and public opinion guidance strategy,and puts forward the way to perfect the management of public opinion management of Chinese government network in the age of big data.
