Reason Analysis Of The College-graduate Village Officials' Leaving

To relieve the employment situation and satisfy the organization construction in the village,the government introduced the college-graduate village official plan.Over the past many years,this plan has become more and more perfect.However,the plan has encountered many problems and one of them is the turnover thing.This phenomenon not only contrary to the target of the plan,but also influences society's belief in this plan.The paper is qualitative research and selects 14 the college-graduate village officials.Then I collect data,and analyze the data by scenario analysis and generic analysis methods.The push factors and pull factors affect the selections of the college-graduate village officials.The push factors of leaving the village mainly include the challenging low work,institutional issues,the tough rural conditions,career development blocked,moderate wages,and professional knowledge obsolescence.However,the pull factors include resolved Beijing registered residence,leisure work,small competitive pressures,multiple free time,harmonious relationship,the graceful environment.But some college-graduate village officials think that the push factors are stronger than the pull factors.According to identity theory,we investigates the identity problem from the respects of the college-graduate village officials themselves.We found the subjective reasons and objective reasons leaving of the college-graduate village officials in the investigations.Therefore,some college students village officials choose to leave the countryside,the policy of college students village officials are blocked.
