In ancient times,mobile vendors occupied the space.In the current developing China's economy,numbers of mobile vendors exist;it is also very difficult to engagement.In the development of these years,there're various forms of urban management and vendors conflict.People in sympathy with these small traders at the same time,but also generally concerned about the urban management is not easy.Obviously,the problem of law enforcement is not fully urban management problems.In this article,from the perspective of the public as a whole,the paper also studies the problems of various vendors in Wenzhou.In this state,the relevant laws of China have also been studied.Finally,the management strategy of "three changes" is put forward.In this article,the forms of research conclude literature analysis,comparative research and other ways.The meaning of the existence of the vendors and all aspects of the pressure and reasons,have made a comprehensive study.In the article,the author also puts forward the countermeasures,and puts forward a new method of analysis and research.For present China's law enforcement,law enforcement and services must be to achieve integrated management,while also improving the quality of staff.For the flow of vendors,to achieve a reasonable system management,so that law enforcement officers and personnel can live in harmony.For the present China,the existence of mobile traders is inevitable,but a unified management must exist.It is necessary to curb the phenomenon of unreasonable law enforcement,and improve the people's living standards through continuous development.
