The Research Of Regional Environmental Management On Ecological View Of Marxism Horizon

Since the reform and opening-up,the economy in our country has developed rapidly,which has made remarkable achievements.But at the same time,it also brings a series of environmental problems.Since the party's eighteen,the Central Committee of the party has made a series of new arrangement for the construction of ecological civilization as well as has placed ecological civilization construction and environmental protection in a prominent strategic position.General secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we must put the ecological environmental protection in a more outstanding position,protect ecological environment like the protection of eyes and treat ecological environment like the life.The State Council issued "Thirteenth Five-Year" Plan of Ecological environment protection,and clearly pointed out that the goal of improving the quality of ecological environment will be achieved in China in 2020.In order to improve the quality of ecological environment as well as make sure the construction of ecological civilization in an orderly manner,this requires the government as the main body of environmental governance to actively take measures and carry out Regional environmental governance.These will ultimately promote the sustainable development of our society.This paper uses literature study,case analysis and the method of combining theory with practice to study the ecological view of Marxism under the horizon of "regional environmental governance issues" on the basis of absorption of experts and scholars research results,taking Yan 'an environmental governance for example.First of all,the article expounds the ecological view of Marxism and the relative concepts of regional environmental governance.On the one hand,it respectively analyzes the ecological view of Marxism and the connotation and characteristics of regional environmental governance.On the other hand,this paper discuses the relationship between Marx's theory of ecology and regional environmental governance.Secondly,it investigates the environmental governance of Yan' an and summarizes the achievements and existing problems of environmental governance in Yan' an,the paper also analyzes the reasons for problems occurred in environmental governance of Yan 'an according to the actual situation.Finally,combining with the case,the paper,based on ecological view of Marxism,puts forward the feasibility of environmental governance countermeasure from aspects of the ideological,economic,science,and the rule of low,to enhance the effectiveness of the regional environmental governance in our country.
