On The Improvement And Perfection Of The Hearing System From The Perspective Of Public Involvement

Public participation not only strengthen social cohesion,and promote China's administrative democracy is the source of power,China's government reform goal,is an important form of the exercise of power in power,fully reflects the Chinese government is actively promoting the reform of the determination.The hearing system should be regarded as an important standard to measure the effectiveness of the system.The process of public participation in the hearing is to achieve the constitutional rights of citizens to supervise the government,is an important way to promote the reform of the government administration,but also the people's internal performance.This paper from the perspective of public participation,take the method of comparative study and empirical research,analysis of the hearing system,the actual case analysis on the mechanism of public participation in scientific and effective research,mainly from the hearing system involved in the mechanism of public participation affect the hearing system at the present stage in two aspects of the subject and the government inquiry and exposition.Finally put forward the corresponding improvement of the mechanism for public participation in the hearing suggestions.Under this concept,the general structure is as follows:the first chapter is the introduction,firstly analyzes the research background,and significance of this article,and then review the existing research results about this paper,finally explained the research methods,innovation and deficiency.The second chapter focuses on the basic theory of public participation and the basic concept of hearing.The third chapter describes the current situation of the hearing system,and combined with the actual case of "F" to analyze the problems of the hearing system.The fourth chapter compares the practice of the public participation mechanism of the hearing system in developed countries,and draws lessons from the experience.The fifth chapter in the analysis of the existing problems and comparing the experience of developed countries on the basis of the enlightenment,suggestions and opinions on perfecting the mechanism of public participation in the development of the hearing system,so as to promote the public participation of the hearing system from the perspective of.In the conclusion part,the author summarizes the main content of the paper and the author's point of view.It is hoped that the development of China's hearing system and the construction of public participation mechanism,as well as the research in this field to do their best.
