Civil servant is an important national human resources management system,is the party and the government's policy,implement the specific functions,in the national organization management and operation mechanism plays an important role in the decision-making,organization,coordination and control role,on behalf of the party and the government's image.The civil servant's work efficiency,not only his personal problems,it also directly or indirectly affect their units,government organizations and even the whole operation efficiency and the quality of public services,and even some of the party's policy,policy implementation effect will be affected.At present,in the civil service group,there are many young cadres who have come to the post,and more and more take on the important task of social construction,some of them have already entered the leading position.80 years after the birth of young people,the special background of growth,they created a high level of education,knowledge structure diversification,self-motivated,work potential,realization of personal value desire strong personality characteristics.This article based on the investigation of Zhengzhou city young cadre incentive mechanism analysis of the status of Zhengzhou city and young cadres demand and other factors,research on improving Zhengzhou City Young Cadres Incentive mechanism.This paper based on the incentive mechanism of the relevant literature and theory review,"incentive","young cadres" concept,which defines the range;then,around the young cadres of the incentive status and the main content of Zhengzhou City,based on the analysis of relevant incentive theory at home and abroad,combined with the the overall characteristics and team construction of young cadres in Zhengzhou City,using questionnaire and interview methods to analyze and summarize,in-depth analysis of the current political,social and economic new normal environment,problems of incentive mechanism of young cadres in Zhengzhou City,motivation theory,incentives and reasons.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the incentive mechanism of young cadres in Zhengzhou from the aspects of salary compensation,exchange selection,examination reward,education and training.
