| The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China profoundly proposed that we should do a good job in poverty alleviation and that the people of the whole country should jointly enter a well-off society by 2020.With the deepening of our country’s poverty alleviation work,poverty alleviation workers will also face the most difficult moment,while the grass-roots civil servants are under great mental pressure.With the continuous development of China’s civil service,more and more post-80 s and post-90 s have entered the grass-roots posts.Compared with them,they are more eager to get personal respect and achievement development.Faced with the characteristics of young and knowledgeable grass-roots civil servants and high spiritual needs,how to effectively guide and motivate grass-roots young civil servants,motivate their spirit and bring professional competence into effective play in grass-roots jobs,therefore,it is of great significance to study Grass-roots Youth spiritual incentives.Based on the two-factor incentive theory,this paper constructs a questionnaire through the incentive part of the two-factor incentive theory to form the external spiritual environment support,including the evaluation of spiritual honor,organizational support,leadership guidance and reward to subordinates,recognition of professional content,internal spiritual environment drive,mainly refers to individual achievement aspirations.In this paper,the topic of "Research on the Spiritual Incentive of Young Civil Servants in H County,Liangshan Prefecture" is discussed.Firstly,through literature search and theoretical books to find relevant information and study,this paper lays a foundation for the research.Then through questionnaires and personal interviews,we have a detailed and in-depth understanding of the current working status and spiritual needs of young civil servants at grass-roots level in H County,Liangshan Prefecture.Finally,the paper summarizes the data,combs the train of thought,summarizes theproblems existing in the spiritual incentive of young civil servants in H County of Liangshan Prefecture and analyses them.Finally,according to the relevant incentive theory,the paper puts forward suggestions on improving the spiritual incentive policy,increasing the organization’s help to grass-roots civil servants,enhancing grass-roots leadership,strengthening professional training,and strengthening the inner driving force of grass-roots young civil servants.It is hoped that there will be some positive suggestions for the construction of service-oriented government civil servants and the spiritual incentives of young civil servants at the grass-roots level in ethnic minority areas. |
