Study On Reform And Construction Of Grassroots Organization Of The Communist Youth League In Minority Areas

Along with the first Party mission meeting of the Party Central Committee and the promulgation of "Reform Program for the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League " and "Youth Development Planning for Medium and Long Term(2016-2025)",It has pointed the way and work target about how to do well in the new period for Communist Youth League at all levels,especially for the reform of the Communist Youth League.It must begin with grassroots organization in order to make sure that the reform of the Communist Youth League could be developed in-depth.And because of the complexity and particularity of minority areas,there are some problems in reform and construction of grassroots organization of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,it is necessary to study on reform and construction of grassroots organization of the Communist Youth League in minority areas to deepen the reform of the Communist Youth League and unite youth people of all ethnic groups to serve local economic development.This paper takes the reform and construction of grassroots organization of the Communist Youth League in minority areas as research object.Based on the investigation of the work of the Communist Youth League in Dalate Banner,there are several problems to be summarized.For example,there are deficiencies in service capacity,team structure and construction of grassroots organization.And it has not been implemented that the Party building leads the construction of the Communist Youth League.This paper analyses the deep reasons in five levels which are institutions and operating mechanism,selection and management of League cadres,innovation and support of League work.Then this paper puts forward that the support of Party committee and government should be increased for the work of the Communist Youth League.The legal and policy system for youth should be improved.And the system and mechanism of selecting and appointing cadres should be optimized.The work,activities and grassroots organization construction of the Communist Youth League need more innovation.
