Case Study Of The Grassroots Organization Of The Communist Youth League To Innovate And Connect With The Masses

The group mission is an important part of the Party's cause.The Communist Youth League Organization is the bridge and link between the party and the youth.The promulgation of the CYL Central Committee Reform Plan marks the prelude to the reform of the Communist Youth League organization.In the reform of the Communist Youth League Organization,its core purpose is to strengthen contact with the young man,better serve and unite young people,and then condense the majority of youth under the party's leadership,making them the successors of the Party and the country's construction.Under the background of the reform of the Group Organization and the Communist Youth League Organization,this essay has clarified the relevant theory of the party's Group Organization.The experiences and deficiencies of the Communist Youth League Grass-roots Organizations in innovating and connecting with the masses are summed up and studied through three aspects.First,taking the Marxist classic writer's communication mechanism on the Party and the masses as a core concept.Second,using relevant theories of politics and science.Third,having a comparative analysis on the reform cases among four Grassroots Organizations,cities of Shanghai,Chongqing,and province of Guangdong,Henan.Besides,It also summarizes the effectiveness and fruitful result of both economically developed areas and the central and western regions' Grass-roots League Organization.This essay shows that the Communist Youth League Grassroots Organizations have achieved certain results in the mechanism of contacting the masses,but there are still problems.For example,the reforms are regionally unbalanced and insufficient.And the reform measures are formalized.Finally,on the basis of empirical research,this paper proposes the basic path of the Communist Youth League's Grass-roots Organization to innovate and connect with the masses: the mission of the Communist Youth League is to open up and create channels for the youth to express their interests,so as to deepen contact with the masses;only by advancing with the times and always paying attention to the new characteristics of the youth and good at using of new scientific and technological to creatively connect with the young,can we attract them;only by rationally optimizing resources and optimizing the work guarantee mechanism of the League can we ensure the effective implementation of contacting the masses.Only by perfecting the supervision mechanism of the League can we get rid of “formalized”reforms and be closely related to the masses in the real sense.
