Study On The Thought And Practice Of Marxist Inner-party Democracy Supervision

The inner-party democratic supervision is a mechanism by which the party relies on its own strength to realize self-restraint and self-improvement,which occupies an important position in the construction of the party of the proletariat.Marx and Engels as the founder of the proletarian party theory,realized in the practice of participating in the international workers' movement and the creation of proletarian parties,in order to ensure that the proletarian parties exercise their power properly,always represent the interests of the people,inner-party democratic supervision must be strengthened,they made the most fundamental exposition of the problem.The inner-party democratic supervision of the socialist countries in the twentieth century inherited and developed the Marx and Engels' inner-party democratic supervision.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core has made outstanding contributions to the development of the thought and practice of Marxist inner-party democratic supervision on the basis of his predecessor.The purpose of this thesis is to study the generation,enrichment and development of the Marxist inner-party democratic supervision thought and practice,systematic study the profound connotation of inner-party democratic supervision,summed up the practical experience of inner-party democratic supervision and provided guidance for the scientific development of democratic supervision in the Communist Party of China.The introduction of the thesis first introduces the relevant background and significance of the topic,as comprehensive and systematic as possible,this paper summarizes the research achievements of the Marxist inner-party democratic supervision in recent years,and briefly describes the main content,focus,difficulty and attempting to innovate the research.The first part of the thesis mainly analyzes the theoretical origin and time background of Marx and Engels inner-party democratic supervision.The theoretical basis of Marx and Engels' inner-party democratic supervision thought mainly includes:modern bourgeois sovereignty in the people,the theory of checks and balances and power supervision thought of utopian socialism.Marx and Engels involved in workers'movement and the practice of the creation of the proletarian party is the time background of the Marx and Engels inner-party democratic supervision.The second part of the thesis is based on the evolution of logical relations,and systematically discusses the main contents of Marx and Engels' inner-party democratic supervision from three aspects,include:the supervision of power is an inherent requirement of the nature of the proletarian party;inner-party democracy is the premise of inner-party supervision;the party's authority and centralized reunification are indispensable in the inner-party democratic supervision.The third part of the thesis is from the perspective of the historical process,systematically reviews the tortuous development of Marxist inner-party democratic supervision thought in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Communist Party of China after the twentieth century,which has both successful experience and painful lessons,these experiences and lessons have referential significance to the scientific development of the inner-party democratic supervision of the Communist Party of China.
