Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the state has strengthened the construction of new service-oriented government,which has been widely established and operated throughout the country.At present,the academic circle has little research on the psychological condition of the window staff in the government affairs center.(hereinafter referred to as "Administrative Window Manager ").From other related literature,there is a close relationship between employee’s public service motivation,job satisfaction,emotional labor strategy and job performance.Therefore,it is a great significance to understand the relationship among the public service motivation,job satisfaction and emotional labor strategies of Administrative Window Managers.In order to enrich the psychological research of the Administrative Window Manager,this paper is based on the current situation of public service motivation,job satisfaction and emotional labor strategy,analyzed the relationship between public service motivation and job satisfaction,further,it studied the regulating effect of emotional labor strategy in it.This paper takes the Administrative Window Manager as the subject in a district of Yantai City,it mainly use questionnaire survey,supplemented by interview method and observation method,In this survey,a total of 517 questionnaires were issued,470 questionnaires are valid,The data are processed by SPSS 20.0 software.The main results are as follows:(1)The public service motivation and the four sub-dimensions of Administrative Window Manager have significant positive effects on job satisfaction;(2)The surface behavior of Administrative Window Manager plays a negative and significant role in regulating the relationship among public service motivation and three sub-dimensions(commitment to public interest and civic responsibility,compassion,self-sacrifice)and job satisfaction;(3)Natural behavior plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between public service motivation and three sub-dimensions and job satisfaction;(attractiveness of public policy,commitment to public interest and civic responsibility,self-sacrifice);(4)The relationship among the commitment to public interest and civic responsibility and job satisfaction have a significant negative effect by deep behavior;(5)There are significant differences among public service,motivation emotional labor strategy and job satisfaction among demographics such as title ranking,monthly income and so on.
