Study On Community Policing Construction Of Urban Village In Zhengzhou High Tech Zone

The idea of community policing originated in the European and American countries in the 1930 s,introduced China in the 1980 s and practiced in developed regions.In 2006,the community policing base construction was carried out in zhengzhou,and the reform of community policing system began in 2010.The police mode of the village community policing in chengzhong village is an effective solution to the problem of security problems in the city.In this paper,Zhengzhou high tech Zone urban village community policing as the research object,based on the high tech Zone police deployment of police security implementation,security level and realize the form of other aspects of interview and investigation,although the high tech Zone in police management system,information management,community policing a harmonious relationship between aspects and achieved certain results,but problems such as police: equipped with not enough,the operating mechanism is not perfect,Qunfangqunzhi power play is not enough,lack the ability of community policing management problems.The author combines the actual situation of the area,according to the theory of governance,crime prevention theory,put forward to improve the urban village population management mechanism,improve the urban village community policing system,mobilize the enthusiasm of the village residents to participate in the police and other suggestions andcountermeasures.It is helpful to find out the dead ends in community policing work,and to develop the community policing work scientifically and comprehensively,to establish the focal points of police construction work,to improve the governance of villages in cities,and to improve the effect of urban management.The police work of the village community needs to be constantly improved,whether it can adapt to the social development and improve the security of the masses.It is the key to the police work of the village community.The community police in the village should be constantly explored to effectively serve the social development and solve the problem of public security.
