Research On The Construction Of "Internet+Livelihood Policing"

With the rapid development of network and information technology,and internet gradually penetrating into all areas of our production and living,"Internet + Livelihood Policing" construction has become a general trend of Livelihood Policing construction in the new era."Internet +" is a new type of productivity,"Livelihood Policing" is a kind of new policing model,the User-centered essence of "Internet + " coincides with the value of Livelihood Policing with the masses as the center."Internet + Livelihood Policing" is a combination of modern information communication technology,data processing technology and the police organs Implementing management and public services with Livelihood Policing concept.Micro-blog,We-chat and the websites of the Internet platform integrate "small data" into "big data",with data exchange,analysis and summary,realizes that the data earned from people,and made into full use to people ",provides new tools and means for the realization of Livelihood Policing.In response to the people's high expectations of police work in the new era,to adapt to the new situation of police work and team construction,to conform to the trend of social harmony and stability,promoting the construction of "Internet +Livelihood Policing" is very necessary and has great practical significance.In order to adhere to the concept of livelihood policing,adapt to the development trends of police informatization and social dynamical actively,meet the People's new expectations of police work and public service,the police organs in Shanxi province making full use of the Internet platforms,created a huge Internet ecosystem for police providing service and for public expressing appeals.This paper taking Convenient Service Platform of Shanxi Police,Micro-blog Group of Shanxi Police and We-Chat Public Platform of Shanxi Police as the research objects,introduces the basic system,available function,running situation and problems of "Internet + Livelihood Policing"in Shanxi province.Through the analysis of operation problems of the three platforms,we found that the development of "Internet + Livelihood Policing" in Shanxi province is restricted by the Internet penetration rate and the ability of technological innovation objectively,concepts and cognition of subjects,uniform organization,unsound management standards,low running quality,lack of professional operation and maintenance team,lack of effective publicity.These factors influenced the maximum efficiency of the platforms,restricted the development of "Internet + Livelihood Policing" in Shanxi province.With the rapid development of information technology in the Internet era,people expect to acquaint the police information,efficient service,participation in social management through the convenient network platform,the enthusiasm of the public forced police organs to attach importance to the high-quality-maintenance of "Internet + Livelihood Policing" platform.To create a good brand of "Internet + Livelihood Policing""in Shanxi province,police organs need to keep consistent,raise awareness,renew ideas widely,sound the standard and system,keep the platforms practical,ease use of and open,use the new technology to achieve function innovation and extension,introduce and train the professional talents,and expand publicity efforts,to present the livelihood policing a qualitative leap because of the "Internet+",and not just put on the "Internet +" coat,make "Internet + Livelihood Policing" in Shanxi province go further.
