A Study On The Managament Of Classified Treatment In Wuxi Prison

In recent years,with the improvement of the community's attention to the prison,The classified treatment system has been attracting more and more people's attention.The classified treatment system has never been stagnanted.In this paper,we introduced the concept and theoretical basis of classification and the current classified treatment system in our cuntry first.Then takes Wuxi prison as an example.Through the introduction of Wuxi prison's classified treatment system,found that the problems and shortcomings,and analyze the causes of the problem.Finally,we suggest to improve it from the following four aspects:First,we should set the rules of lenient management and strict management scientifically;second,use the Scoring evaluation policy as a carrier To ensure fairness;third,change the concept,and update the hardware conditions;fourth,management combines with education.As we all know,classified treatment system has lots of values,such as promoting implement of the criminal judicial concept of combining leniency with rigidity,increasing the positivity of prisoners' reform through labor,improving the quality of correction,preventing cross infection of prisoners and reducing the risk of surveillance,so we must build and perfect this system,to develop the prison-based-correction technique of our country and improve the prison-based-correction quality.
