In the context of the rapid development of the national information industry,and the drastic adjustments of the international landscape,our national security will be faced with a more severe test.In this case,our country's secret service requires a large number of confidential people with strong security awareness and strong professional qualifications.This is a more stringent requirement for the cultivation,selection,and evaluation of confidential people.At present,there are many problems in the cultivation of secret talents in China,including the selection criteria,the heavy knowledge of the confidential evaluation,the light ability and the lack of different roles.The objective of this article is to build a character based nondisclosure,and to serve confidential personnel evaluation.Through the use of this system,the system can be used to evaluate the performance of the system based on the classified competence of the role classification,and can be selected and assessed according to the evaluation results.At the same time,the research of this paper will have certain practical value for the recruitment and training of confidential personnel of enterprises and institutions.In the process of research,this paper first analyzes the paper involves the need in the development of the theory and technology,studied the permissions allocation model based on role-RBAC model,competence characteristics model and question bank construction theory and design method.And then I studied the key technologies that the system needed.Including the MVC pattern and the JSF framework for system development.And then using that theory to finish the research on the critical problems of the system.This paper includes the role-based system dynamic permission allocation mechanism,the design of the secret competence feature database,and the selection of the algorithm for the intelligent matching of different roles and test questions.Finally,the system is developed,and the feasibility analysis,demand analysis,UML modeling analysis,software structure design,functional design and database design are completed,and the system implementation is finally carried out.It is an innovative application of classified role in the field of confidential personnel evaluation,and the information system construction has been evaluated in the capacity of confidentiality.It has strong theoretical and practical significance.
