A Study On The Countermeasures Of Public Security Organs' Disposal Of Group Events In The Period Of Social Transformation

Nowadays,China is facing a social transformation,with the social structure of the adjustment,a variety of group events more and more,as the burden of dealing with mass incidents of public security organs,is a new problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the mass incidents from the perspective of public management,with its concept and characteristics as the starting point,expounded the status quo,problems and causes of the handling of mass incidents in Chinese public security organs during the transition period,summed up the advanced experience at home and abroad,Chinese national conditions of the countermeasures,and effectively safeguard Chinese harmony and stability.
