| On January 1,2009,China’s circular economy promotion law came into force,which is of great significance to China’s development of circular economy.With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s demand for resources and energy has gradually increased,and the conflict between economic development and resources and environment has become increasingly acute.Currently,the circular economy promotion law has been unable to meet the needs of China’s development cycle economy,and the legal provisions are out of touch with the society.Therefore,in order to develop the circular economy,to alleviate and improve the contradiction between economic development and resource environment,the amendment of the law on the promotion of circular economy is urgently needed.Modification involves many aspects of "circular economy promotion law",first of all,starting from the text of "circular economy promotion law",to analyze its achievements and effect after implement,from the legislative idea,legislative framework,legislative content three aspects of the problem of the text "circular economy promotion law",after the comparative study in Germany,Japan,the United States and other countries of the circular economy legislation experience,from the practice idea,legislative content and "circular economy promotion law" and other legal relationships between three aspects,such as,Suggestions are made on the work before the amendment of the law on the promotion of circular economy,the clarity of the thought of the law,the improvement of the content of the amendment and the coordination of its relations with other laws. |
