A Study Of Civic Moral Responsibility In The Network Public Events

The era that full of frequent internet public events has arrived.With the development of network information technology,the rapid growth of the number of Internet users,and the diversification of information transmission channels,citizens have high enthusiasm to participate in social management through the Internet.And because of the contradictions in the social transformation period,the frequency of public eruption of the Internet is getting higher and higher with the awakening of the consciousness of civil rights.Among that,the phenomenon indicates that we are increasingly lose our moral responsibility day by day,which arouses extensive and profound social consequences and concerns.In traditional notions,government should undertake the main body to shoulder responsibility,but citizens as main bodies and the direct participants of events to undertake moral responsibilities have extraordinary function.The first chapter talks about the social background of the network public events' derivation and discusses the definition and classification from ethical perspectives.The second chapter coordinates the connotative research of citizens and theirs' moral responsibility,and discusses the practice content of civic moral responsibility in the network public events.It also summarizes the phenomenon of exposed immoral phenomenon.The third chapter makes a ethical analysis of the reason that why civic immoral responsibility exists in the network public events from three aspects,including the structural,the value and the system.The chapter 4 follows the above researches,to make citizens undertake moral responsibility consciously according to the phenomenon of anomie and its reasons and put forward the corresponding measures.In general,this article aims to standardize the public events of the network in the perspective of ethics.And studies the citizen's moral responsibility through taking the ethics of responsibility as its theoretical basis,taking the moral subject as its subject of research.It takes public events from the Internet as an opportunity and motivation to promote social harmonious development.
