| Nowadays,with the development of the Internet,the spreading channel of public event has been diversified-The spreading speed and scale are growing exponentially.All kinds of widely-used social media even accelerated the trend.The social software is becoming a collection of all kinds of views,ideas,events;an expander of network public opinion;a folk chatting room.The Internet has become a platform to punish the evil,promote the good and vent the injustice,and the demand of the public to speak out and express their wishes has become stronger.The concomitant problem in the process of network transmission with public events is moral anomie.With the breakthrough point of “Child Abuse in RYB education”,based on referring to a large amount of relevant literature and monographs,in this article,the author defines “public events”,“Internet use motivation”,“moral abnormality”.Based on the subjects of psychology,communication,sociology and ideological and political education,the author conducts empirical researches in the way of questionnaire to understand the public’s view on “Child Abuse in RYB education”,the current situation of Internet use motivation and moral abnormality.Through the analysis of the survey results,the subjects can maintain basic sense in the network communication of public events.But there are slight moral abnormality,and the incidence of male moral misconduct is significantly higher than that of female.The correlation between Internet use motivation and moral misconduct is very significant.The greater the actual demand,emotional demand and social demand,the greater the degree of moral misconduct.Through the analysis,the author further explores the specific manifestations and causes of moral anomie.The specific manifestations are numerous and complicated,they are mainly network out of focus label,label first,not civilized network language,online Rumor,cyber manhunt,internet fraud and so on.The reasons are mainly from three levels.Firstly,it’s because of the characteristics of the network itself,namely openness,universality and virtuality.Secondly,social participation and management are not in place-the defective network supervision and imperfect laws;cultural integration and conflict;the absent network moral education.Thirdly,media literacy is not high specifically in terms of the weak ability of information selection and discrimination,the distorted morality and values,and lack of cognition of media literacy.As for the behavior regulation on moral abnormality in network transmission of publicevents,this paper suggests the following three aspects to solve.Firstly,from the individual level,in order to improve the moral accomplishment and build high quality netizen team,the public should pay attention to reflect on their own behavior,set up correct network moral,strengthen cultural self-confidence,enhance the cultural identity,strengthen the moral self-discipline and speak and act cautiously.Secondly,from the social level,we should strengthen social regulation.Start with technology improvement,legal norms,media management to achieve stereoscopic management.Thirdly,we need to encourage multi-party participation and build synergy.The government should improve its ability to deal with public events,establish a three-in-one education system,conduct extensive international cooperation and strive to create a clean and bright cyber environment. |
