Company in the United States and under the influence of global e-commerce,some Chinese businesses began to explore a new type of consumption patterns-network group purchase mode,it is all want to engaged in the management of network of merchants gathered,forming a new pattern from the traditional shopping mode.Network group buying with its simple,fast,price is low wait for an advantage,have sprung up quickly accepted by consumers,occupy a place in the market economy.Network group purchase of operators and suppliers in this mode found their profit,so also speak highly.Network group buying as a kind of new shopping mode,is popular,is because he is a combination of network and a bulk two advantages,merchants can win without effort to promote the attention of customers,by means of sales promotion to achieve rapid clearance goods again.For consumers,the most main is can get the preferential price.Group-buying part also can get considerable commission.But the development of anything is a double-edged sword.The rapid development of online group-buying cannot get rid of its inevitable disadvantages.Consumers to enjoy this new type,efficient and convenient services at the same time,the phenomenon of infringing rights are common,its performance is the most prominent: consumers equal exchange,the safety of the consumer rights and privacy of consumers.From a consumer's point of view,they find it difficult to spot goods from the Internet because of their professional limitations.Instead,their knowledge of goods or services comes from the information provided by the website.In this respect,their access to information is asymmetric.With consumers in a weak position,it is hard for them to come together to form a counterbalance.Therefore,China should pay more attention to this new mode of consumption,especially in improving the legal system.Although in 2013 of the consumer rights and interests of the People's Republic of China protects a law second modification,but today,in face of the rapid development of e-commerce,the protection of consumer rights and interests gradually strict.Throughout the world,some developed countries in e-commerce is a relatively perfect legislation,such as in the United States,they are the protection of consumer privacy and credit rating evaluationrules more perfect;On the Japanese side,they have the most emphasis on the obligations of the operator's information disclosure;The meanwhile,rules out consumers "cooling-off period".At present,although there is not a complete law to regulate this new electronic business model,some advanced foreign regulations are still worth learning from.This paper mainly analyzes the new characteristics of network group buying model,and its performance in violation of consumer rights and interests in the process of development is the crux,combined with foreign advanced solution strategy,put forward effective solutions,in order to achieve the purpose of protecting consumer rights and interests.This paper is divided into five parts:Part ?: introduction.This paper mainly analyzes the background and significance of this new type of online group-buying mode in China,and the current situation of this research in China and abroad,and the main research methods and innovations in this paper.The second part: the key to network group purchase some key,indistinguishable concept to distinguish.And define what is consumer right,under what circumstance will violate consumer right.The third part: mainly analyzes the current protection of consumer rights in China,through legislation and corresponding supporting mechanism to distinguish.The fourth part mainly analyzes the deficiencies of the current protection of consumers' rights and interests,mainly from three aspects: the state,the society itself and the market body.The fifth part: the problem that the needle raises,find the feasible solution,form the more perfect,the effective solution.The conclusion part summarizes the article and finds out the corresponding solutions through the analysis of the problems,and promotes the healthy and orderly development of the new consumption pattern...
