problem which needs to be paid much attention and urgently needed to be solved.The state of landless peasants this special vulnerable groups more attention,a comprehensive and systematic study on the interests of landless peasants,find the path interests hidden behind the existence of the problem,formulate effective measures can be effective ways to solve the interests of landless peasants means poor,so it can be effective respond to interest demands of landless peasants,landless peasants don't feel disappointed.It is urgent and necessary for the social intelligence to solve the problem of insufficient;Problems such as lack of peasants' own complaints.On the basis of the research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of farmers' interests.These suggestions are to perfect the system of the people's Congress,increase improving the system of complaints and visits,and improving the response to the interests of landless peasants and the effectiveness of the expression of appeals by landless peasants,improving the relevant judicial mechanisms,and provide guarantees for judicial relief;to strengthen the system of people's congresses and increase representation of peasants in the deputies to people's congresses;improving the government mechanism,reduce the friction between the government and the farmers;Strengthen supervision;strengthening the supervision of the country and farmers who lost their land;strengthening the ability of farmers to express their own interests,and enhancing the farmers' own interest protection capabilities.
