Micro business refers to a social mobile social electricity supplier model,is a new type of enterprise or individual based on social media outlets.The United Nations international trade procedures simplified working group on the definition of electronic commerce is using electronic forms to carry out business activities,including suppliers,customers,government and other parties through any electronic tools,unstructured information sharing and business management,and complete all kinds of transactions in business activities and management activities and consumption activities in the.On the basis of e-commerce,micro business city,the use of mobile terminal business activities.In this paper,through the analysis of the emergence,development and growth process of micro business,to explore the legal nature of the main body,platform and business behavior of micro business marketing.Through the research on the current situation of micro business marketing in China,the paper finds out the rules and characteristics of marketing activities in the new media platform.According to the characteristics of the micro business marketing activities,combined with the research results of China's existing civil law,economic law,advertising law,further research in our country the legal status of the micro business marketing,sales links exist legal risk,derivative advertising regulation,consumer advertising behavior selectivity and other issues,and strive to put forward suggestions for improvement the micro business marketing rules.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of the micro business,and describes the definition and future development of the micro business.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the legal problems of China's micro business marketing process,puts forward the legal derivative at the present stage,unclear definition of legal subject qualification,management of goods,sales links,there are many types of complex security risk,derivative advertising behavior existence malpractice,legal supervision system exists problems such as blank.In view of the above derivative in the process of management problems and deficiencies,the author put forward a clear micro business subject legal status,perfecting legal norms legal risk prevention and control,further improve China's micro business advertising legal management system,establish relevant legal supervision system to fill the blank of micro business marketing.By defining the legal requirements of the micro business,the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the development of the electronic commerce law of our country,so as to enhance the degree of importance of the e-commerce law in the field of micro business.Through the study of the legal problems in the operation of the micro business in China,we can effectively guide and regulate the development of the field of micro business and even the development of e-commerce in china.
