Synchronous recording system originated in Europe,which being implemented in our country's duty crime investigation process started at 2007,after years of practice,the new implementation of “law of criminal procedure " in 2013 officially confirm synchronous recording as a legal system,,the provisions of duty crime investigation must implement synchronous audio & video recording,the purpose is to protect human rights and improve judicial efficiency.Order to regulate the synchronous recording activities,according to the requirements of the Supreme Peoples Procuratorate,synchronous recording needs to be implemented as standard as “three wholes” which are whole course,whole way,whole of all,and after the new “law of criminal procedure" implementation,in the process of duty crime investigation using synchronous audio & video recording obtained further regulation,but it still has many problems,mainly reflected in the layers of ideological understanding,hardware construction,operating norms,specification utilization,etc.,these nonstandard phenomenons even as the illegal activities are undoubtedly harmful to human rights protection.Therefore,to make the duty crime investigation process can realize the basic purpose of protecting human rights,it should further strengthen and improve the system of synchronous audio & video recording,in particular,we should implement the improvements in aspects of the legitimate procedure conception,hardware construction,operating norms and application mechanism,etc.,to restrain the synchronous audio & video recording activates in a more disciplined way,in this way human rights can be ensured...
