Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Protection Of Zijiang In Action In The Yiyang Volunteers

Volunteers is the hot topic in the society and the public are very concerned about in recent years,most people's understanding of volunteers stay in volunteers on a regular basis from time to time to carry out some public welfare activities,for different volunteers should take what kind of activities did not know more and more specific.Volunteers in China starts late,compared with the developed countries,the current development is still very immature,voluntary organizations facing the construction of system,mechanism,management,lack of professionals,and many other problems.Environmental protection is also a hot topic in today's society,and the participation of volunteers in environmental protection is the inevitable requirement of social governance and social development trend.In order to achieve better environmental protection,this has put forward higher requirements for the construction of volunteer organizations and volunteers.In this paper,literature research,comparative research and investigation and research methods are used in this paper,and the present situation of volunteer participation in the protection of the river in Yiyang city of Hunan province is investigated and analyzed.Studies show that volunteers in protection of Zijiang river has made some achievements,in part on the importance of environmental protection concept and mother river protection propaganda,but also affect the healthy development of the voluntary organizations and limit the effects of public service factors,mainly manifested in voluntary organizations means a single,lack of professional,activity content is not rich,the poor activity effect,etc.To this end,the author analyzed the existed problems in the zi river volunteers to participate in the protection of Yiyang city in reason,and volunteers to participate in environmental protection of the United States and Japan is analyzed,based on the successful experience of the developed countries as reference,in order to further improve the Yiyang Zijiang river volunteers to participate in the protection is put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of six aspects:clear division of duties straighten out management system,strengthening the scientific management promote professional activity ability,broaden the financing channels,dissolve the single action funding problems,perfecting the incentive mechanism to improve the volunteer enthusiasm,strengthen the publicity to create a good atmosphere and guide the public to participate in and give play to the role of the main body,etc.It is hoped that this article will have practical guiding significance for the development of volunteer environmental protection in Yiyang city of Hunan province,and it can be used for reference for the similar activities of national and type urban organizations.
