| In recent years,local group events are often reported in the newspaper,by analyzing the occurrence of group events,we found there are logical relationships between group events and government credibility.The main situation are insufficient government credibility leads to group events.At the same time when mass incident happens,the government’s credibility have a direct impact on the reaction effect.If the group events is solved properly,it will help strengthen and consolidate the credibility of the government;on the contrary,it will further weaken the credibility of the government.Thus,the credibility of the government is a hidden power,but play a dominant role.Therefore,to strengthen the local government credibility,plays an important role in enhancing the public’s satisfaction and trust.On the basis of extensive reading of other scholars’ theoretical research,this paper puts forward the concept of local government credibility,and analyzes the evaluation standard and function of local government’s credibility.Through taking the group events in Shadi village in Minhou County of Fujian Province as the research object,the author analyzes the situation and conclude that the function of the local government’s credibility is weaken in the handling of the group events,and summarizes the reasons for the weakening of its function.The root reasons are weak serving consciousness of the local government,the deviation of the role orientation,the lack of capacity for some partial administration,behavioral anomie,and imcomplete power control mechanism and so on.On the basis of above problem,we should strengthen the credibility of the local government through meeting below requirements.First,we need to reinforce the service concept and nurture the service-oriented government;secondly,we shall improve law construction and strengthen people’s acting according to law;thirdly,we shall improve administrative power control mechanism,accelerating the fairness and justice of law;finally,we shall promote good interaction between the government and the public and shape friendly government. |
