Research On The Problem Of Government Credibility In Network Group Incidents

With the development of the internet, the network has become a major channel for the dissemination of information, the number of the netizens continues to increase also brought many difficulties for the network management of public opinion, the network group events are also frequent. Under the growing influence of the network, the government departments how to establish the harmonious and orderly public positions on the network, to handle the network group events, so as to improve the credibility of the government is the problem that the present government managers urgently needed to solve.In this paper, through literature analysis, comparative study, case analysis and other methods, sorting analysis of relevant literature, the network group events in the government’s credibility problems were analyzed. Network group events for the credibility of the government has brought both opportunities and challenges, the network group events have an important impact on the credibility of the government. By analyzing the current network group events in the way the government response, We found that the government governance network group events were facing many problems and challenges; On the basis of above theories, according to the specific situation of our country, we should analyze the causes of the problems that the government deal with the current network group events, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of rational and effective management strategies; Finally, we should provide the path selection for the reconstruction of the government’s credibility in the network group events.Altogether, the government departments should actively take the initiative to deal with the network group events, strengthening the government official business literacy, strengthening system construction and improving the working mechanism, enhancing the media literacy of citizens, forming a self-regulatory mechanism. The network media should play a positive role in guiding public opinion, which is propitious to reduce the occurrence of the network group events, to enhance the credibility of the government, and establish government authority. This will be conducive to the construction of a service-oriented government, ensure better government for the people, which is of great significance to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
