The Application Of Education Of Chinese Traditional Virtue Education To Prison Personnel

Basic spirit of Chinese traditional culture contains very rich content,including an unyielding enterprising spirit,love the party patriotic noble quality,good moral spirit and accommodate the world of all things is traditional,etc.,as well as the Chinese culture contains the no child left behind,mingde penalty,ge fei its education thoughts,such as heart and long lost good save these traditional cultural spirit and education thought has important influence on prisoners.Based on the review of related literature at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related theory,with the examples of nanchang prison on the Chinese traditional culture the important influence on prisoners,and select some inmates as a case,that the Chinese traditional culture to the prisoners from the importance of education,in order to inmates to make use of the Chinese traditional culture is to inspire,to make it as soon as possible return to society,to become qualified social citizen.The first chapter introduces the research background,research questions and significance of the thesis.The second chapter is a review and research design of domestic and international studies,mainly elaborates the research status at home and abroad and carries on the literature review,and studies the design from the perspective of theory and method.The third chapter is the case of nanchang prison,which introduces the status quo and methods of applying the traditional Chinese culture to the prison staff in nanchang prison.The fourth chapter introduces the effect of traditional Chinese virtues on the reconstruction of prisoners and the effects of Chinese traditional virtues.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper and the next research question.
