First, clarify the related concepts,then analysis the reasons of female crimes and features of ideological and educationremolding: progressive, long-term, and variability, and put relevant examples toillustrate the view to make the argument more reliability. The third part summarizes the problems of female prisoners, and devides thispart into two aspects: prison management problems and social issues. Such as theunbalanced status of ideological and education remolding, content lag of time, way ofeducation is too simple, lack of evaluation, low social participation and shortage ofteachers. This part plays a vital role in the full text, and provides a basis for solvingthe problems of the fourth part.The fourth part consists of the development trend of thought remolding andsolving countermeasures of the women prisons, this is the core of the paper, throughlong-time data query and visits, then put forward own views and countermeasures inpractice, to improve the quality of female personnel thought reform, to reduce thecrime rate of female perpetrators from committing further crimes to the minimize,maintaining social peaceful and stability.
